Juvenile protection

Our services are not available to users under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 18 and believe that he or she has disclosed personal information to us, please contact us immediately at lawa@najmahpte.com. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will stop processing such information and take reasonable steps to promptly delete the relevant information from our records.

1. How we handle children's personal information

Our products, websites, and services are primarily aimed at adults. Children should not create their own personal information subject accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians. For children's personal information collected with parental consent, we will only use or publicly disclose this information when permitted by law, affirmative consent of parents or guardians, or necessary to protect children. Although local laws and customs define children differently, we consider anyone under the age of 18 to be a child. 2. Content moderation and behavior management

The platform adopts a combination of manual and machine review mechanism, and does not allow content that is not suitable for Juvenile content to appear.

• Harassment, bullying, sexual innuendo, or other illegal content targeting minors. If any illegal content or behavior is found, the platform will immediately handle it, including deleting the content, banning the account, etc.>

3. Reporting and feedback mechanisms

The platform provides convenient reporting and feedback channels.

• Users can report or provide feedback on inappropriate content or behavior at any time.


• The reporting and feedback function is located in the Me - Feedback and personal information page in the upper right corner.


• The platform promises to respond within 24 hours of receiving a report and immediately impose relevant penalties.

4. Violation handling and punishment measures

For users who violate the Juvenile protection policy, the platform will take the following punitive measures:

• Immediately ban relevant accounts.


• Remove the offending content and notify the victim.


• Violators will be permanently banned from using the platform and may face legal liability.

5. Update and release

This policy will be updated regularly according to changes in laws and regulations and platform operation needs. Users will receive updated information through in-app notifications and need to reconfirm reading and agreeing to the updated policy.
